Working with and supporting our clients, I developed the strategy, operational efficiency, organization and culture of many companies using the change management toolkit.
I have been running the “Start Your Business!” Joint venture incentive program of the American Chamber of Commerce and HVCA since 2012.
In recent years, I have been involved in the start-up and internationalization of many businesses, from the idea to raising capital to day-to-day operations.
I graduated from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics as a mechanical engineer in 1995, and then I completed my MBA there (2007).
In 2008, I obtained the international certification of Certified Management Consultant from the Hungarian Association of Management Consultants.
I started my career as an SAP consultant and then as a project manager. Later, I also gained international experience in the field of process management.
In 2002, I founded my independent management consulting firm called Solti & Partners Consulting.
In addition to organizational and operational development, services related to human resource management play an important role in our portfolio.
